做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
