做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
