做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
