做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
