做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
