做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
