做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
