做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
