做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
