做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
