做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
