做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
