做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
