做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
