做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
