做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
