做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山(shān )和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
