做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
