做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
