做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
