做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
