做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
