做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
