做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
