做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
