做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
