做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的(de )鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
