做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
