做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
