做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
