做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
