做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料(liào ),武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
