做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
