做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
