做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
