做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
