做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
