做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
