做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
