做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
