做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味(wèi )即(jí )可品尝。 -
