做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
