做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
