做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
