做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
