做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
