做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
