做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
