做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
