做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
